All Dazers are checked for functionality before shipment. Therefore we hardly ever have any technical problems.
However in case of malfunction within 6 months after purchase, return the product to us and you will receive a new Dazer. Always send us a copy of the invoice accompanying the returned Dazer. Costs involved of returned goods - from the client to us - have to paid for by the client.
The warranty is not valid when the housing is damaged or the product has been adjusted, abused, modified or tampered with by any other than authorized personnel.
Before you send the Dazer back to us always check the battery: the red led will light brightly while button is depressed and the ultrasonic signal should be audible when the Dazer is held close to yours ears.
